Our Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing:
   Prices may vary based on design complexity, order volume, or custom requests.
2. Discounts:
   Discounts may apply for larger or repeat orders.
3. Turnaround Time:
   Turnaround times depend on project scope, complexity, and my current availability. I will provide an estimated timeline before work begins.
4. Urgent Requests:
   I do my best to accommodate urgent requests when possible, at no extra cost, depending on availability.
5. Revisions:
   Minor revisions are included in the price. Major changes or revisions after approval may incur additional charges.
6. Final Approval:
   Once a design is approved, it is considered final and ready for production.
7. Payment:
   Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
8. Cancellations & Refunds:
   If an order is cancelled before work has started, a refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
   For example, if the product is already in stock, a full refund is usually possible. However, for custom or special orders that require materials to be ordered specifically for the client (e.g., a large batch of mugs), only a partial refund may be available to cover costs already incurred.
   No refunds are provided once design or production work has started.
9. Intellectual Property:
   All custom designs remain the intellectual property of Design Me until full payment is received.
   After full payment is made, the client gains ownership of the physical product featuring the design.
   If the client provides their own images, photos, or files for inclusion in the design, they retain ownership of those provided materials.
   However, the design itself, including any custom elements, remains the intellectual property of Design Me.
   The client does not receive rights to the digital design files or images unless otherwise agreed upon.
   The design cannot be reproduced, resold, or used in any other way without explicit permission from Design Me.
10. Delivery:
    The final product will be delivered in the agreed-upon physical format (e.g., printed materials, merchandise, etc.).
11. Force Majeure:
    In the event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, weather, etc.), turnaround times may be adjusted accordingly. I will keep you informed of any changes.
12. Agreement:
    By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
    By placing an order, you agree to limit the liability of Design Me to the amount paid for the product or service. Design Me is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products/services.
14. Disclaimer of Liability for Products
    Design Me assumes no responsibility for any misuse of products purchased from us. Customers are responsible for proper use, handling, and storage of products. Design Me is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from misuse or improper handling of products, including custom items.
15. 30-Day Warranty
    We stand behind the quality of our products. If you notice any defects in materials or workmanship within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at contact@designmejersey.co for assistance. We will offer you a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
